“Hello everyone here is a current market-up.”💵💰
Even with the increasing interest rates, it is still very low when compared to 2007.

*The market has changed from a seller market to now a buyer market in the past few weeks and we are seeing buyers not having to pay over the asking price. There are now over 5,500 listings when compared to a few weeks or months ago when there are fewer than 2,000 listings.

*Many properties are having to do a price cut of as much as $40,000 just to stay ahead of our current market if they want to sell their properties.

*As for buyers there are more properties listed and if you are interested in the lease with the option to purchase from 1 to 5 years you have a place to stay and work on your credit to purchase it later or wait for the interest rate to drop before purchase.
