Sí, se considera un "mercado de vendedores", pero ¿eso significa que no debes comprar? Realmente debería analizar su situación para ver si alquilar o comprar se adapta mejor a su estilo de vida.

Yes it is considered a " Seller's Market", but does that mean you should not buy? You should really analyze your situation to see if renting or buying fits your lifestyle best.

Prices may be high, however what makes a home affordable is not the sticker price but the interest rate (the cost of borrowing money). Right now the rates have crept back up into the 3's and projected to continue to climb causing your buying power to shrink.

For example if today you could buy a $300k home at 3% 2 months from now you will only be able to afford a $280k house at 3.25%. As long as there is little inventory and high demand home prices will continue to rise for the foreseeable future. Making it smarter to buy now while interest rates at a historic low.
