Here is some of the remodeling work Home Logic LLC has done in the South unit of vacation rental. This project was a complete remodel. We reinsulated, installed new windows, built new stairs leading up to a future bedroom and bath. Installed custom tile showers and floors. repaired and refinished the original floors and Installed new cabinetry. The Lakeview Creamery exterior transformation. When Home Logic started this project you could see through the block walls. Thanks to the Amish boys from Durand we replaced the 5 layers of shingles with a nice standing seam steel roof. More to come........

Even though we are a Custom Home Builder I thought I would share a project Home Logic did for Xrec LLC. It is a remodel and stabilization of an old 1902 Triple Wythe Brick wall building. This is a Mixed Use Investment property. It has been named The Emporium. With brick walls 3 layers thick and 2x12 oak joists every 12 inches this building will not be going anywhere soon. This was the first building on Main St in Elmwood, WI. Built Old School.
