Yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak at a Chase Career Fair, and the energy in the room was incredible.

The room was packed—and to me, that said a lot. It showed how many employees are taking initiative, asking questions, building connections, and taking ownership of their career path.

The career fair gave employees the opportunity to learn about different lines of business, hear from leaders who have grown within Chase, understand what it takes to move into different roles, and, most importantly, see what their own career path could look like.

After 23 years with Chase, I can say I’ve witnessed firsthand the opportunities that come from learning, networking, raising your hand, and being willing to take that next step.

I’ve also had the privilege of mentoring and guiding many colleagues as they’ve worked toward their next level—and seeing them grow has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.
