Keeping up with the economics of real estate - right now I’m listening to Dr. Ted Jones, Chief Economist with HAR, and here are some main points:
1. Houston is staged to have good economic growth for the next 25 years
2. The Texas Medical Center is a tremendous asset
3. For prospective buyers, inventory now provides homes to choose from
4. For prospective sellers, listen to your Realtor: stage, declutter, fix things to get the most out of your sale
5. The quicker you buy, the better off you’ll be (if you plan to stay for the next 5 years), so work to improve your credit score so you can afford a house quicker

I just toured the Colton community in Todd Mission, near the Aggie Expressway. 11 builders, and it will have 9 and 18-hole disc golf, a splash pad, and 10 miles of hike and bike trails. Let me know if you want more information! The commercial area will be modeled after Old Town Tomball!
