This home in The Manor Estates of Gleannloch Farms has been on and off the market for over a decade. My buyer clients had their hearts set on it and stayed committed through multiple attempts, different listing agents, and a long road to getting it done.

The new owners have big renovation plans—can’t wait to see this home come back to life.

This one was especially meaningful to me as these buyers are family, which made getting it to the finish line even more rewarding.
