The Falls at Imperial Oaks

What a Great Night at The Falls!

We had a great turnout for National Night Out at The Falls at Imperial Oaks!

Good food, fun vendors, plenty of activities for the kids, and the pool was open for everyone to enjoy. It was great seeing so many neighbors and families come out and spend the evening together.

A big thank you to South Montgomery County Fire Department, our local law enforcement officers, the MOC team, our vendors, volunteers, and everyone who helped make the evening a success!

Events like this are a great reminder of what makes The Falls such a special place to call home.

Thanks to everyone who came out! Looking forward to the next one!

The Falls at Imperial Oaks has a brand new website, and this one is built for everyone.
Our old site had been up since 2006, so it was time for something that shows the community the way it really is today.

The new site is cleaner, easier to get around, and gives anyone looking at the Falls a real feel for life here, from the amenities to the setting to the people who call it home.

Whether you live here, used to, or are thinking about making the Falls your next move, take a look: fallsatimperialoaks.com

Then tell us in the comments what you love most about living here. The folks reading this who are still deciding would probably like to hear it.

The new playground at the Lake Club is now open.

If you have driven past it lately you have probably seen the new equipment going in. It is done now, and the kids have already found it.

There is the new tower with the twisting slides, the spinners out front, shade over the main structure, and fresh mulch underneath. Built for the little ones and for the ones who swear they are too big for a playground but still beat everyone to the slide.

Come see it for yourself. Bring the kids, bring a neighbor, bring your coffee and let them run it off for an hour.

And if you know a family on the street who has not heard yet, tag them below.

Did You Know? 🎶

Conroe Independent School District has been named one of the Best Communities for Music Education by the NAMM Foundation.

That means students here have real access to quality music programs that build discipline, confidence, and creativity, not just electives that fill a schedule.

For buyers looking in The Falls at Imperial Oaks, this matters. Strong schools and well-supported programs like music are a big part of what drives long-term home value and community pride.

This is the kind of district families move for.

On this Presidents Day, we take a moment to reflect on the leadership, vision, and service that have shaped our nation. It is a day to remember that strong communities are built the same way strong countries are built, through integrity, responsibility, and people willing to step up and serve.

We are grateful for those who lead with purpose and for neighbors here in the Falls who volunteer their time to make our community stronger every day.

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Presidents Day.

☕💐 What a sweet way to spend the day at The Falls!

Residents enjoyed fresh coffee with all the flavors and then had the chance to create their own beautiful flower bouquets. From creamy white roses to soft pink blooms and pops of blue, everyone got to design something unique to take home.

It’s moments like this that remind us why The Falls is such a special place to live. It’s not just about beautiful homes, it’s about neighbors connecting, slowing down for a minute, and enjoying time together.

Coffee. Flowers. Community.

That’s The Falls. 🌿
