Our old site had been up since 2006, so it was time for something that shows the community the way it really is today.

The new site is cleaner, easier to get around, and gives anyone looking at the Falls a real feel for life here, from the amenities to the setting to the people who call it home.

The new playground at the Lake Club is now open.

If you have driven past it lately you have probably seen the new equipment going in. It is done now, and the kids have already found it.

There is the new tower with the twisting slides, the spinners out front, shade over the main structure, and fresh mulch underneath. Built for the little ones and for the ones who swear they are too big for a playground but still beat everyone to the slide.

Come see it for yourself. Bring the kids, bring a neighbor, bring your coffee and let them run it off for an hour.

On this Presidents Day, we take a moment to reflect on the leadership, vision, and service that have shaped our nation. It is a day to remember that strong communities are built the same way strong countries are built, through integrity, responsibility, and people willing to step up and serve.

We are grateful for those who lead with purpose and for neighbors here in the Falls who volunteer their time to make our community stronger every day.

☕💐 What a sweet way to spend the day at The Falls!

Residents enjoyed fresh coffee with all the flavors and then had the chance to create their own beautiful flower bouquets. From creamy white roses to soft pink blooms and pops of blue, everyone got to design something unique to take home.

It’s moments like this that remind us why The Falls is such a special place to live. It’s not just about beautiful homes, it’s about neighbors connecting, slowing down for a minute, and enjoying time together.

Many of our neighbors love starting their day here — and it’s easy to see why. This 100-acre lake is surrounded by 2.3 to 3.1 miles of trails, perfect for biking, walking, or jogging. You’ll also find fishing docks, picnic spots, and plenty of places to enjoy the view.

With easy access from Imperial Promenade Drive, Lake Holcomb continues to be one of the most popular amenities in our community. If you haven’t visited, grab your bike, walking shoes, or even a fishing pole and come enjoy everything it has to offer! 🌅
