I recently attended the HAR Montgomery County Networking Event at Dosey Doe, and one of the things I found especially interesting was hearing from the Director of TxDOT about what’s happening with our roads and transportation here in Montgomery County.

There are road maintenance projects, expansions, overlays, and improvements planned well into the future. In fact, there are plans in place all the way through 2034 and beyond.

I always enjoy events like this because staying informed about what's happening in our community is important—not just as a Realtor, but as someone who lives and works here.

Growth is happening, and it’s worth paying attention to what’s being planned for the years ahead.

If you have questions about the road projects or what's happening around Montgomery County, feel free to ask. If I don't know the answer, I'll do my best to find out!

And to my fellow Realtors, if you haven't made a TREPAC investment yet, I encourage you to look into it. It's something I believe in and plan to continue supporting.
