I myself have made many a mistake with ai staging and in a rush, it’s easy to miss details before uploading into MLS. However, these two images from a current Houston listing (not REMAX) appear to have never seen their reflections in the pupils of the listing agent. These are pretty egregious errors, even for a novice.
This is the same living and dining room in both images. I suppose the placement of two arm chairs directly behind a sofa could suggest a media room. After all, the three sofas facing the TV and fireplace only seat 12. With a rabbi and his 12 disciples, if any one of them invites a friend, it’s too crowded. And the placement of the ai fireplace in the dining room means the kitchen on the other side of that wall loses an entire wall of cabinets, ovens, and fridge.
The second image is the same room - living and dining, or in this case, dining and more dining. The white bench blocks the stairs not shown on the right and the light fixture in the background dining room is an extension of the ceiling fan. The blurry picture in the foyer looks like President Lincoln, but then so does the blurry picture to the right of the window - Lincoln looking down and then President Trump’s eyes and forehead superimposed onto Lincoln’s forehead. With sunglasses.
Certainly ai has its place. But you have to look at what is produced by your prompts before publishing. Or else people with cabin fever will start trolling MLS subscribers.
