Congratulations to these sellers. We worked together 6 years ago to buy this house during the crazy sellers market of 2019. We arrived at the house before the sign went in the yard. Since then this young couple added 2 children to the mix and it was time for a change. I'm so glad they called again to help find their new home and sell this one. It all could NOT have gone more smoothly! It is a lot of work but it's worth it because where you live matters!

Congratulations to these buyers, coming back to Ohio to be near their family and community. I helped them a few years ago to sell and move out of state, and it was heartwarming to get the call to help them return home. Their list of needs and wants was long and complicated, but God opened the exact door we needed on the exact day we needed it.
