Thanks to a wonderful friend who referred her to me, I had the pleasure of helping a first-time homebuyer begin her search! 🏠 SOLD! 🎉 Lake Cumberland, Kentucky!

Today I’m celebrating a successful sale that was a little different from my usual Ohio transactions — and one that reminds me just how important it is to have a great network of trusted real estate professionals. 🙌

🔑 Huber Heights | 30+ Years of Memories
This one was extra special. I’ve known this family since I was a little girl, and they have called this beautiful ranch home for more than 30 years. After so many memories within those walls, they made the bittersweet decision to sell and move closer to their children. 💕

And there’s one little detail that made these closings especially memorable for me...

In 20 years of being a Realtor, I have NEVER missed a closing. Unfortunately, I had a trip that had been planned for months and, for the first time ever, I simply couldn’t be there in person. 😢
