Even as a first-time homebuyer, I was very picky with who I wanted to work with because I knew there was a lot I didn't know, and I wanted to trust the person guiding me through the purchase process.After briefly working with another realtor who wasn't the right fit, we reached out to Dakota. He explained the entire home-buying process and made everything easy to understand. I was very picky in what sorts of homes I was interested in, and he easily worked with me around that. Dakota was very responsive, and he was able to get us in to view houses with short notice. His insights during the home viewing process were invaluable, and they gave me a much better idea about what the maintenance and day-to-day life in certain homes would be like.It's clear that his many years of experience selling homes helped during the buying process, and I don't believe we would've been able to get our specific house without his help. The house had several other competetive offers, and with Dakota's guidance, we were able to stand out and get our offer chosen. I moved out of state with little notice for a job opportunity. Dakota and his team did an excellent job handling everything. They helped with the remaining items in the house, coordinated getting it professionally cleaned, and made the process smooth even while I was out of town.
