Yesterday, a friend asked my opinion.
"What are a few of the most common issues I see during home inspections?"

1. Effective Storm water management.

2. Damaged insulation on HVAC freon lines.

3. Dishwasher drains missing the high loop.

Why is a high loop important?

The high loop is necessary for 2 reasons.
The first is to ensure proper drainage of waste water during the drain cycle and prevent siphoning.
The second is to prevent contaminated water from the garbage disposal or sink drain from back-flowing into the dishwasher.
