Open houses are typically scheduled for the weekend in order to allow lots of traffic and while I LOVE an open house, just a word of advice;

If you see a home you ❤️ don’t wait to view it at the open house. This market is CRAZY and while an open house may be scheduled, there’s a good possibility it will be under contract prior and the open house will be cancelled.
