A little over a month ago, I sat down with Jeremiah and Nicci to discuss an exciting new job opportunity and their plans to relocate to Carl Junction. As first-time home sellers, they had questions about how the selling process worked, how quickly their home would sell, what they needed to do to prepare, how the buying process works when selling a home, and how everything would come together overall.
My goal was to provide answers, create solutions, and develop a clear plan that would help them move forward with confidence. We reviewed market data, discussed strategies to maximize their home’s value, and created a roadmap for both selling their current home and purchasing their next one.
Fast forward just a few weeks, and their home hit the market. In less than 48 hours, we received multiple offers and accepted one well above the asking price! 🙌🏾
Not only that, but we were also able to find a beautiful new construction home in Carl Junction with the finishes and features they were looking for. Best of all, we successfully closed on both properties in less than 45 days.
