Call to action for ALL VETERANS! From Jake Thibodeau with our Simplihom Springfield, TN office:

Buy or sell a home with me and the basic home inspection is on me. A licensed inspector goes through the roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and foundation before you commit, so the house you’re buying is the house you think you’re buying. Active duty, Guard, Reserve, and veterans of every branch qualify. I’ve worked plenty of VA purchases and know what the appraisal will flag before it flags it.

I work Nashville and North Middle Tennessee, with a home base in Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, and Madison, covering Davidson, Sumner, Robertson, and Cheatham counties.

For the past 5 years Purpose Realty & Auction has been blessed to help lots of families, friends, and investors make a move whether it was for a new home or an investment property. Many of you know about a month ago Purpose Realty & Auction made our own move. We moved to the Simplihom Springfield, TN office. Last night we had our 1st office event where both offices attended a meet and greet giving all the agents the opportunity to meet each and their new Principal Broker, Angela Looney. Lots of laughs were had, memories as a new family were made, and prizes were won. Thank you Jose's Mexican Restaurant for allowing us to use your back room. Thank you Jeff Suter with Refined Mortgage and Justin Morris with RobCo Rentals for being our sponsors. Thank you to Stephanie Coleman with Tennessee Nations Title Agency for the giveaway basket. Thank you to Sam Grant with Eloquent Homes Photography for taking photos during our event. This was the first of many events together and we can't wait to see how we can continue to serve more families, friends, and investors with their real estate needs.
