This closing was a little extra special. ❤️

I had the privilege of representing both the buyer and seller in this transaction, with the sellers being family.

And I’ll be honest… this was, without a doubt, the most difficult transaction I’ve experienced in my real estate career. There were so many hoops to jump through with planning and zoning meetings, Board of Aldermen meetings, surveys, changes, questions, and more questions. 😅

There were definitely moments when I wondered if we were going to make it to the closing table!

But today, we did. 🎉

And while the transaction itself may have been complicated, I’m incredibly thankful that the closing process was anything but. Makayla and everyone at Hogan Land Title made it smooth and seamless.
