With the cold air moving in you need to keep an eye on a few things around the house.

If your home is older and needs a little insulation leave your cabinet doors open where you have water pipes and leave the faucet dripping. Don’t leave it unattended though

Make sure you don’t have hoses still connected to your spigots. Also if they’re not insulated put a cover on them.

Make sure your flue pipes are not blocked with snow.
