Whether it’s a property that cash flows, a flip with upside, or a long-term appreciation play, the key is knowing how to recognize value when others might overlook it.

These folks purchased some land I had listed, so I ended up representing the seller AND the buyer. Thankfully, it all ended up going smoothly, and they are the proud new owners of their own slice of heaven in the Ozarks!

Real estate investing can be tricky & rewarding👇🏼

One of the biggest risks is you don’t know what you don’t know.

To mitigate that risk, partner with someone who compliments your strengths and weaknesses. It doesn’t hurt when you like each other too.

Unfortunately, we did not end up choosing “Chad and Nathan are scratch golfers, LLC” 👉🏼 but fortunately, the partnership’s first project is shaping up to be a success! 🙌🏼

We couldn’t be more grateful for the experience we had working with Chad! He worked with us for a long time, always showing incredible patience, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the entire process.

Navigating the real estate market can be challenging and, at times, interesting to say the least, but he was there every step of the way to help us understand our options, make informed decisions, and ultimately find the right buyers for our home.

What stood out most to us was that he never treated this as simply a business transaction. He genuinely cared about our family and approached the entire process with God first in mind. His character, integrity, and willingness to serve made a lasting impression on us.

Nelson and I met when he moved into one of our Airbnbs.

As we got to know each other, he mentioned that he was hopeful to purchase a home in the area, but wasn’t sure if it was even possible.

Turns out it was! 🙌🏼

A few months later, he’s graduating from tenant to homeowner! 🏡🔑

Real estate is the best. It’s led me to play such a fun and humbling part in people’s journeys, and I’m so thankful for it!

My most unique listing and investment to date is PENDING! 🙌🏼

Between the house, 8,000sf shop, acreage, pond, pool… this property was going to take the right buyer.

Thankfully, the Lord brought us a buyer who needed/wanted all of that and more - in just 3 weeks! 👏🏼

Marketing a property like this is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I wasn’t just selling a house — I was selling an entire lifestyle.

And what a FUN lifestyle the next homeowners get to have! 🤯

Patience really is a virtue. 🙌🏼

We had so many showings on this home. It felt like we averaged 2-3 showings a week for six months straight. 🤯

And while other agents were having ghost-town open houses, ours consistently had 10+ groups come through.

But clearly the Lord was teaching all of us patience, because the feedback was always the same: "It just wasn't the right house for my buyers."

We had a lot of conversations along the way. How was the market shifting? Where were we positioned heading into spring? Did we need to pivot on price?

In the end, we stayed pretty close to our original list price... and it paid off. 💪🏼

It wasn't the right home for buyers... until it was. 🏡

This is a story about patience, endurance, and trusting the Lord's timing. I'm grateful I got to help you guys through it all—and selfishly, I'm glad we got to keep you in Southwest Missouri a few extra months. 😉
