Finish Line Friday for some investor sellers who reached out to me and closed on this beauty last month!

These investors have been in the biz for a while now but found this home at auction and decided to flip it. We were all pleasantly surprised when, on closing day, we got inside for the first time and it was in great shape!!

We talked through what would bring value to their flip and they got to work. A lot was DIY and they turned the inside into basically a brand new, 100 year old home. They preserved so much of the original charm and within the first few days on market, we had a contract!

RE has lots of twists and turns so the first contract didn't pan out, but within a few days of going back on, we had another. This time, it closed. 🥰

I am always so grateful to fellow investors who trust me with getting their real estate moved! This was a fun home to market and I enjoyed the process very much.
