Let’s go!! This is your time

Mortgage applications jumped 11% last week as interest rates fell to 5.98%—the lowest since September 2022. Refinancing led the surge, with refinance applications at their strongest pace since 2022 and conventional refinances up 20%. Home purchase applications also increased. The lower rates are drawing both homebuyers and those looking to refinance existing mortgages.

Congratulations to Nick and Fenton on the purchase of their very first home.

From our Finley River Handyman family 🤍

We wanted to share a personal update and ask for continued prayers.

The last few days have been incredibly long and heavy. Adrianna remains hospitalized at Mercy after an emergency C-section, and our brand-new baby boy is still in the NICU. Since delivery, Adrianna has had to undergo multiple procedures and complications that no postpartum mother should ever have to face, especially while recovering from a C-section. I am doing everything I can to make sure she stays safe and receives the care she needs.

At the same time, our family is navigating life in the NICU with our little one — learning, waiting, hoping — while I try to be everywhere at once. It’s a balance between caring for our baby, advocating for my wife, and holding our family together during a situation that has been overwhelming and exhausting.

We are deeply grateful for the medical staff who are stepping in to help and for the ability to stay close at the Ronald McDonald House, which allows me to be here for my family during this critical time.

If you’re the praying type, we would truly appreciate prayers for Adrianna’s healing, our baby’s continued progress, and strength for our whole family.
