Some of my favorite people bought a HOME earlier this week 🥹🫶🏻

Mixing friends + business is honestly one of my favorite things, believe it or not. There’s just something so special about getting to help the people you love with such a big part of their lives.

And I’m almost certain no one would work harder for my people than me!! 🤍 So grateful they trusted me to be part of this one!

And because you continued to read this post, here’s your unsolicited sisterly advise from your favorite Realtor:

Even though you could get preapproved to buy a more expensive house, doesn’t always mean you have to!

This couple was very intentional with understanding where their monthly mortgage would land with current rates, insurance, and property taxes. And something I wish more buyers would do, know your limit! Just because you can go higher doesn’t mean you always should! 🫶🏻

Anyway, yes I still work with first-time homebuyers, and yes, they’re still finding houses! Call me and let’s start the house hunt 👀

Have you ever asked “how to buy and sell a home at the same time?” Well, you’re not the only one! I get buyers all the time, “what comes first? - listing or looking?” It can be an overwhelming process when you’re not an expert in the real estate market. But here’s what I’ll say, hiring an experienced agent will make all the difference. I can’t say there’s any one way to do the process, so it’s important to hold a strategy session with your agent to discuss your goals with your move.

At the end of the day, you deserve to leverage your investment to get to your dream home 🏡🫶🏻
