Cringe things I say as a realtor... but unfortunately they’re true.

If you’ve worked with me, you’ve probably heard at least one of these and thought I was being dramatic. I wish I was.

Here’s what I actually mean:

“If you love it, other people will too”
→ You’re not special (sorry). If something checks your
boxes, it’s probably checking someone else’s too.

“There’s always another buyer”
→ Even in slower markets, it only takes one more person to create competition.

“The ‘perfect’ property doesn’t exist”
→ There’s always a trade-off. The goal is finding the right compromise, not perfection.

“You can change the house... not the location”
→ Finishes are fixable. Neighbors, noise, and neighborhood vibe... not so much.

“Waiting could cost you more”
→ Timing the market sounds smart, but most people end up paying more or settling for less.

“The good ones go fast”
→ Not because of hype-because they’re actually priced and presented properly.

“No one ever regrets buying the right property... only losing it”
→ The deals people cry about are always the ones they didn’t get.

Real estate is full of clichés... but they exist for a reason.

Waiting for the ‘perfect’ time to sell can feel safe
