I had the sweetest unexpected moment at my open house today.

These two ladies came through the home, and before they left, they asked if they could pray.

They prayed over this home.
They prayed for my sellers.
And they prayed for me.

In a business that can so easily become about showings, contracts, numbers and closing dates, moments like this remind me that there is so much more happening than what we can see.

I’m so grateful they walked through the door today, and even more grateful that they took the time to stop and pray. 🖤

One of the things that surprises people most about working with me is how much time we spend preparing a home before it ever goes on the market.

That isn’t by accident.

I’ve learned that buyers don’t simply purchase square footage or a list of features. They purchase a feeling. In just a few moments, they’re already deciding whether a home feels welcoming, cared for, and somewhere they can picture themselves living.

That’s why I never rush this part of the process.

Together, we’ll look at your home through a buyer’s eyes. Not to change what makes it yours, but to remove the distractions that keep buyers from seeing everything they could love about it.

Sometimes the changes are surprisingly simple. But simple doesn’t mean insignificant.
