We are almost at 100%, but that doesn't mean you can't still be added to the wait list. Preliminary application packets are available in the lobby in the box to the left. Call for appointment to turn them in. I need Birth Certificate, Photo ID, and SS Card copies.

My name is Amy Nicholl and I am the Property Manager, and I would love to assist anyone one in need of senior (over 62 years of age) or handicapped/disabled over 18 yrs or older with your housing needs. We are a safe, secure building in the North end of Springfield, Ohio. If you are on a limited income (less than $27,360 per yr for 1 person or $31,260 for 2 people, you may qualify for one of our beautiful one bedroom apartments. Appliances, water, trash, electric and gas are included in the rent. We'd love for you to join us, call today!
