Huge S/O to Duvalier Prado the owner of Picture Perfect Roofing & Construction, LLC CCB # 237690

Him and his guys drove an hour, over Memorial Day weekend, to help me keep a deal alive. They were suppose to replace a small section of this house's patio roof, but found substantially more damage.

They were not just able to fix all the damage on the roof, but they also repaired the damage caused in the interior of the house and the underside of the patio.
Best part of it all, is they got this repair done prior to the appraisal, and are being paid out of escrow at closing. (With a portion of my commission because I offer unbeatable value)

We made it possible for my clients to get financing a home that was marketed as "Cash Only".

If you're an agent or a consumer, and you don't plan to hire these guys, then I'm sorry. You're going to make the wrong decision

I’m not saying every agent should operate this way, and I’m definitely not saying agents who don’t offer services like this are bad agents. Every business is different.

What I am saying is this: as a consumer, shop around. Interview agents. Ask questions. Don’t just use the agent your parents used, or the first person who answers the phone from a Zillow inquiry.

The reality is, a lot of agents do the bare minimum and that can cost buyers and sellers real money. The right representation can make a massive difference in negotiations, strategy, repairs, preparation, and ultimately your bottom line.

Had our 3rd closing of the year yesterday. This one was special because it was the first listing I took on at my brokerage. (June 12th, 2023) Little did I know it would take 956 Days to find a buyer for a property with a dried up Well, on 5 acres in Crescent OR, with a 1975 single wide manufactured home.

Still thankful for the opportunity and for not just the chance my clients gave me, but the fact they stuck with me for almost 3 years.
