I will always stop for a good coffee shop/ farmers market/thrift store even when I’m running late.

I have a running problem that I’m not even a little sorry about.

The worst real estate advice sounds right until it costs you money.

I hear the same myths every week. From clients, from DMs, from people repeating something they read online without checking if it actually held up.

Some of these are harmless. Others have cost people tens of thousands or set their plans back by months.

I’d rather be the agent who gives you the honest answer now than the one who stays quiet and lets you learn it the hard way.

Buy a house in Springfield?

I want something more for you.

I want you to find a home where your kids make memories they’ll still talk about at 35.

Where your dog claims the sunny patch on the floor and makes it his daily ritual.

Where you can knock on a neighbor’s door to borrow some milk and it’s not weird.

And a place, that years from now, you can look back on and really think, that place was awesome.

That’s what I’m searching for when I work with you. Not just the right square footage, a place for your life.

Missing my KW family back home for RED Day, but still showing up and giving back here in Pensacola 💛

KW Pensacola partnered with Habitat for Humanity to help frame a future home for a local family. As realtors, we talk about homes every day, but getting to physically help build one puts everything into perspective.
