Friends, who do you know that is POSSIBLY looking to sell their home in Greene or Christian counties? I am not looking to represent them, I just want to help some our buyers find their home. My clients are in need of a home that is move in ready... meaning as long as they don't need to paint the entire house, everything works, and roof and floor still have plenty of life, then it fits what they're looking for. We had a bit of an unexpected set back yesterday for the closing of their new home, but between yesterday and today, I had the pleasure of being with Daniel and Mallory Gonzalez on the closing of their past and present homes. Thank you to both for allowing me this pleasure to be your Realtor and assist you in both.
