I checked something off my real estate bucket list. Finally got to meet Tom Ferry after following his work for years.

A lot of these conferences can feel like the same back to basics stuff, but this one was different. Big focus on where the industry is heading and how to use AI to get better, faster, and more effective.

There’s so much doom and gloom around AI right now, but this really shifted my perspective. If you lean into it the right way, it’s a massive advantage.
Honestly got me really excited about where things are going and how I’m continuing to evolve how I serve my clients.

Prospective buyer takes a few days to run this news by their mom, dad, who typically hasn't bought a home in 20+ years. Once this information is delivered via the grapevine, it's falling on ears that have no idea what the current buying process looks like, and alarm bells sound off.
