Mark your calendars! Annual Wild Horse and Lakes of Wild Horse Neighborhood Garage Sale is on Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6th. Garage sales will start at 7 am on both days.

Happy Monday! We are loving seeing everyone working on their lawns this Spring. 🌷 Thanks for helping keep our Wild Horse community looking beautiful.

We wanted to share a reminder that trash containers cannot be left out. This is from our Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions: “In no event shall such containers be maintained so as to be Visible From Neighboring Property except to make the same available for collection and then, only for the shortest time reasonably necessary to effect such collection. All rubbish, trash, and garbage shall be removed from the Lots and shall not be allowed to accumulate thereon. No incinerators shall be kept or maintained on any Lot and no burning in the open will be permitted.”

I wanted to inform you about a temporary change in our trash collection schedule for those living on Grindstone Ave. Unfortunately, the trash truck was unable to safely make it up the hill this week. As a result, your trash will not be picked up this week.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and any trouble it may cause you. To make up for this disruption, you are welcome to leave out double the amount of trash next week, and they will ensure that everything is collected.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Just a reminder that the Wild Horse HOA dues do not cover snow removal. ❄️ Snow removal is done by the Greene County Highway Department.

Hey neighbors, just a heads-up: a suspicious white truck was caught on camera late last night in the Wild Horse neighborhood. It appears they were attempting to steal packages left out on porches.

Please stay alert and keep an eye out for any unusual activity. If you’re expecting deliveries, try to bring them inside as soon as possible or have a neighbor grab them for you. Let’s look out for each other and keep our community safe!
