The fall shift is here. 🍂

September brought fewer new listings, fewer pending sales and fewer closings than August. New listings dropped from 1,521 to 1,164, while 802 properties sold during the month.

The median sale price edged down from $289,450 in August to $285,000 in September, while the interest rate in this snapshot moved from 6.625% to 6.75%.
