Please don't call me and waste my time or yours if your not serious about selling your properties. I can't tell you how many property owners have call me saying they are ready to sell and I have met them, taken pictures of the properties, did the repairs estimate, sign the contract, get several offers, only to have the property owner say no; I don't want to sell, I'll wait until after the first of the year, or don't even return my telephone call/text message.
