Sunday funday started with getting the boring stuff out of the way…. Home Depot for hvac filters, Walmart for a new iron….. then we went to Cedar Bog nature preserve for a walk on the boardwalk. Turns out the pink lady slipper orchids were in bloom- so pretty. A stop on the way home at the cone corner for some ice cream then a stop over to visit our grand dogs!

I usually cook a Sunday dinner and it’s often some kind of steak on the grill. I switched it up tonight because of the rain and went with a simple sheet pan meal of roasted salmon, asparagus and tomatoes. Served it with some Bob Evans mashed potatoes for a quick easy dinner!😉
