All TLC Properties offices will be closed Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

We’ll reopen with regular office hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

🚧 Temporary Traffic & Access Update 🚧

Due to ongoing construction in the area, access to Martin Riley from the south side is temporarily closed. Guests, residents, and prospects should enter the community from the north using E. Cherry Street and S. Eastgate Avenue.

If you are heading east on E. Cherry St., turn right onto S. Eastgate Ave.
If you are heading west on E. Cherry St., turn left onto S. Eastgate Ave.

Please note that GPS directions may currently route you through the closed access point, so we recommend following the directions above for the easiest arrival to the community.

We appreciate your patience while construction improvements are being completed!
