This property was formerly known as K of P Mystery Lodge, a name Springfield has known since the beginning of 1900s with more than a century of history. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this building and the land it sits on. 🌟

She decided to call me 🤗 Long story short…two, out of state sellers (one in California, one in North Carolina) needed to sell the fathers (RIP) house here in Springfield. With today’s technology and phone conversations later…we successfully closed on their house last Friday. Congratulations Katrina and Brent!
