POV: 11 PM and I realize that I still had the keys to the house listed for sale. 😳 A quick trip back to the property fixed the problem, but it was a good reminder that we’re all human. Mistakes happen. Grace costs nothing, and someday you’ll need it too. Tonight, I was the agent who needed it. 😂 ®️, ®️ ®️

My buyer is a home inspector, and yes—he’ll be inspecting this house himself.

Think about that…someone who inspects homes, believes inspections are important enough to do before buying their own house!

The reality is that the cheapest inspection is often the most expensive mistake. 💸💸
When you’re spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a home, why would you want the person protecting your investment to rush through the job?
Quality matters. Expertise matters. Details matter.
