📊 Local Market Update – Greene & Webster County 🏡
If you’ve been wondering what’s happening in our local housing market… here’s the quick breakdown 👇
👉 Greene County:
Home values are holding steady around the mid-$250s with slight growth over the past year. Homes are still selling fairly quickly (around 3–4 weeks), BUT buyers have a little more negotiating power than we saw a couple years ago.
👉 Webster County:
We’re seeing stronger price growth here (up around 3%+), with some areas seeing even bigger jumps. Homes are taking a bit longer to sell, but demand is still solid.
👉 Overall Trend:
✔️ More homes hitting the market
✔️ Prices stabilizing (not skyrocketing like before)
✔️ Buyers & sellers both have opportunities
In fact, sales are actually UP compared to last year, showing people are still making moves—it just takes the right strategy now.

We’re in a more balanced market—not the chaos of 2021, but definitely not a slowdown either.
