Plumbing & Electrical: Basic repairs, installs, and troubleshooting.
Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose issues quickly and fix them right the first time.
Versatility: General handyman skills (drywall, appliances, minor carpentry, etc.) and willingness to learn.
Reliability: Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work. independently and with a team.
