Alright guys... this is an extra special one!

I'm not sure if you have heard, but the market is CRAZY right now. Rates are historically low and buyers are going WILD because of it. This causes a perceived decrease in inventory because everything gets sold almost immediately. To put it simply, there just aren't enough sellers right now to keep up with this crazy demand.
