We completed a radon mitigation system installation today off Main St. in Dayton for a seller and the new buyer.

Radon levels were up around 5.8 pCiL and after the system installation we should be extremely low based on sandy agragate under the concrete.

Thank you Matt & Family in Fairborn for selecting EHI Inspection Services for your radon mitigation today.

The home had a pipe installed from the basement to the attic but never connected and installed. Today we connected to the existing pipe and ran piping from the bottom of the subfloor. Then connected the piping over to the sump pump and made it uniform with the existing sump pump piping. We cut a hole into there roof and vented the piping out of the roof to hide the system from the exterior of their home.

We just wrapped up a clean radon mitigation system installation on a beautiful, newer home out in Beavercreek! This one was for a local doctor and his family, keeping their indoor air safe and healthy. Even newer homes can trap high levels of radon, so getting these systems in place is a must.

​I've got to give a massive shoutout to my employee, Rob. It is absolute brutal heat outside today, and we got completely soaked working through it. But as always, Rob worked his tail off, did whatever needed to be done, and crushed it. Having an employee who shows up every single day, never takes a day off, and brings that level of dedication is rare, and I couldn't be more grateful to have him on the team.

​Huge thanks to this wonderful Beavercreek family for trusting us with their home! 🙏 Now, time to go find some massive glasses of ice water. 💧
