​We are sharing an important update regarding our upcoming schedule. Our owner and primary installer is currently recovering from a recent cranioplasty surgery. To ensure a full and safe recovery, some of our services will be temporarily paused.

​🗓️ Temporary Service Pause

​What is paused: Standard home inspection services and new radon mitigation system installations.

​Timeline: These services are temporarily paused and are scheduled to fully resume on June 15th.

​With the warmer weather and recent rains, you might be noticing swarming insects around your home. Before you panic, it’s important to know what you’re looking at!

​There is a big difference between Alates (winged swarmers) just passing through and an actual active infestation.

​🚫 When to RELAX:

​You only see a few winged insects near windows, doors, or vents.
​They are dead or dying.

​There are absolutely no signs of mud tubes, wood damage, or live termites inside.

​It just rained during swarming season—they likely just wandered in from outside!

​⚠️ When to WORRY:

​You see termites inside your living spaces, especially in large numbers.

​You discover mud tubes on your walls, foundation, or crawlspace.

​You notice damaged, hollow, or blistered wood around your home.

​You continue to see them over several days or weeks.
