What you won’t see in our Personal Training sessions is anyone else around. We do all our 1on1’s in a private room with just you and a Trainer. No distractions, sharing equipment or people watching you. We put a big emphasis on PERSONAL training and not public training. Music and temperature set to what you want along with private showers and changing rooms. Transparent pricing averaging $40 a session.
