Sold! 🥳

Wishing a big congratulations to my first time home buyer, Abby, on the purchase of her super cute and girly ranch home! The inside was mostly pink, which is Abby’s favorite color. 💅🏡

Abby is also newer to the area and found my profile online and decided to give me a chance at guiding her through the home buying process.

Abby, thank you for allowing me to help you on your home buying journey, it was truly a pleasure! Congratulations again on your first home! 🥳

Wishing a big congratulations to my sellers on the sale of their custom built home on 5 acres!

These sellers had a goal to have their home sold and to move into their new home by fall/cold weather, and boy did we meet that deadline just in the knick of time!

Thankful for the opportunity to represent these sellers as they move onto the next chapter of life. Congratulations again on the sale of your custom built 5 acre property! It was truly a pleasure! 🚜🌳🍁

SOLD! 🏡

Wishing the biggest congratulations to my buyer client, Richard, on the purchase of his ranch condo. 🥳

Richard relocated back to Illinois after 30 years in California. We had been working together for 2 years to find him the perfect condo with a wood burning fireplace for those cold winters…and we finally found it! 🪵🙌🏼

Thank you to Tiffany Winebrinner with USA Mortgage for providing the financing! Always a pleasure to work together! 😊 Thank you to Heather Carter with The Killebrew Team at The Real Estate Group for bringing the perfect listing to the market! Another great transaction in the books working with some great ladies! 😁

Congratulations Richard! Wishing you nothing but the best in your new home! 🥳
