Friday evening was a great night for back to back closings!

This transaction was really unique because I got to represent the buyers and sellers of each of these homes! Being a dual agent is not for the faint of heart and I think I might sleep for a week! 😂

I couldn’t be happier for my buyers and sellers because these moves are representing some BIG LIFE changes for all of them, and I’m so excited for all of them to move into the homes of their dreams! 🎉

Yay for closing day! 🎉

This transaction was a WILD ride and I think everyone involved would say at some point in the process we weren’t sure if it would all work out, but we made it to closing day and I’m so so grateful! I’m losing some of the sweetest neighbors and friends, but I’m so excited for them to start their next chapter. Thank you so much for choosing me and trusting me through the process.

This was also my first transaction where I got to be a duel agent and represent both the buyer and the seller! I’m equally as thrilled for my buyer to put down some roots in our beautiful neighborhood and I know I’m gaining a new sweet family next door. 🎉
