🏡 Closing Day 🏡 (4/6/26)

So much to say about this closing…. but first I am just going to say how much I love Sonja and
Vicki. I can’t say enough nice things about these ladies.

Without getting too in detail {I love all the details} a little story time. Vicki sent me this house to go look at. I had actually just driven by it, because I saw it was listed and I grew up in the house across the street. I am so nostalgic like that. Such good memories living in that house. I remember I would spend the night at the neighbors house (the house in question) and they made biscuits and chocolate gravy for breakfast! I still crave them from time to time.

We looked at it and a few others, but nothing compared to this home. It checked all the boxes. Offer submitted and accepted!

This is the 3rd house Sonja has let us assist her with. I feel like I’m with my family every time she or Vicki calls. They are the sweetest and brought Cole a Easter basket to the final walkthrough 🐰 🥹I am forever grateful they call us when it’s time to buy or sell. I added pictures from our 3 closings. A lot has changed in a year 😂

✨ Closing day ✨

Our seller (Aunt Kim ♥️) sold and closed on the most idyllic spring day 🌷 ……before all the storms came in yesterday (phew!)

I know this was a special home for her and she took such great care of it. 🏡

We have worked with Kim countless times, but every time she is such a pro and keeps it fun 🤩 . She’s the best and happy she finally got to meet Cole!
