My name is Keith Hawkins and I thank you for taking the time to discover how you can save money when allowing us to work for you. I've been licensed to sell real estate in Ohio since 1999. I obtained my Broker's license and opened up Client's Choice Realty to give the Miami Valley a choice - a choice to save. With the economic situation as it is, I do not see how charging 6-8% to sell a property is helping consumers. I understand that there are fewer real estate sales lately and the bigger companies have to increase their revenue somehow, but it shouldn't be at the expense of those that they are supposed to be advocating for. Let's help each other get through these tough times.
I left a company that I was lucky enough to find that had these same beliefs. The Broker's name is Larry Whited; his company is WebMLS.net. Mr. Whited is located in the Cincinnati area and still operates his company with the reduced fees idea. He is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot from him. He is about to offer franchises in and outside Ohio. I'm very thankful for the time I worked for him and wish him the best. I decided I didn't want to be part of a franchise - I wanted to be with a company that is locally owned and operated. I did over $1.9 million in sales volume in 2010 - the sellers I represented saved thousands as well. Client's Choice Realty was launched on December 15, 2010.
