the actual work happens when realtors are in contract. robots can send emails and algorithms can match homes to a data profile created about a buyer.

negotiations though… that’s still on the agent.

my favorite part about working on the buyer side of a transaction is the inspection contingency. this is the part of the transaction where new and weak agents freeze.

negotiations, coordination, risk management, my responsibility and my duty… I love it all. Hallelujah.
