After almost 10 years in real estate, I've seen it all — and the one thing I always make sure my clients know is that getting approved and feeling comfortable are two VERY different things.

Because groceries, insurance, surprise medical needs, and your water heater don't care what the bank approved you for. 😅

Buying under your budget isn't settling. It's actually one of the smartest moves you can make:

I get asked a lot about these two 🐶 🐶, so here’s some fun facts about Apollo and Piper…

Apollo is 7 years old. He’s ALLLL legs and weighs 90 #+ pounds. He is a goofball at heart. He can look intimidating by his size and markings but he is the silliest most playful big dawg ever. He’s a true mommas boy and he LOVES to observe his dad cooking good.

Piper is 4.5 years old. She’s a squatty, solid little gal that weighs about 50 #. She has telescope ears and LOVES to borrow under the covers and sleep as long as possible. She is very protective when her brother tries to get attention. Her hobbies include sunbathing and following her dad everywhere. She’s a chill little thing but will get zoomies out of nowhere 😵‍💫
