It was all about family with them. Continuing to honor their parents and Continuing to strengthen the bond between each other. Watching how well they communicated, so much so that they could read each others thoughts. What an incredible honor to walk this journey with them. .

This has been a very busy month.Lots of closings. Lots of new clients searching for that dream home. .
I would like to remind everyone that is selling, please make certain that you are not leaving anything harmful behind in the house, garage or shop. You may not know the buyer and they may have small children or pets, both which are very curious and like to put things in their mouth.
Buyers it is always a good idea to take the data sheet that your realtor has printed off for you and make notes, if you see a mouse trap, poison, etc, that will make it easy to remember to ask the seller to remove those things before possession.
