When I met these two folks they gave me a list of must haves and wants. Every house felt like a compromise until we walked in this one. It had Everything they were looking for (except a dishwasher 🥴) plus more. I know this will be a great home for them to enjoy life as newlyweds and big enough to grow their family!! Do you know how difficult it is to find a home in Galena School districts that’s big enough for a family but that’s affordable for the average family??? It is very difficult. After months of looking my clients decided to buy land and are purchasing a brand new manufactured home with 4 bedrooms. So excited for them and their kids! Congratulations Mark and Heather!!! 🎉🎉🎉

It’s been a busy couple of days. What is interesting about both of these clients is that neither of them wanted to sign a Buyer’s Agency agreement (employment agreement) with me. I explained to them both that it was necessary to see the house and we could set it for just that day and if they didn’t want to work with me after that then it was fine. They both wanted to see houses again after that first showing. One of them said “I’ve really enjoyed this experience more than my past experiences” I’m not your fancy realtor. I don’t push you to buy something that doesn’t meet your criteria or fit in your budget. On the contrary I remind you what you’ve told me you wanted and ask if you’re sure before we submit the offer, but we don’t stop until we have found you the house you’re looking for. I met one client 3 weeks ago and the other a little over a week ago! Fingers crossed for good news for both of them on Friday! It will be a great way for them both to start a weekend!
