If you’re on the fence about whether or not to sell your home let me push you over!

Right now in Springfield there are only 12 single family homes available in the $200K-$300K price range. And only 3 in the $300K-$400K range.

In Chatham there are only 3 single family homes in the $200K-$300K range and just another 5 between $300K-$400K.

If you have pets, you know it can be challenging on where to keep them during an open house. To not distract your buyers from barking and crying sounds, follow these tips if you're a pet owner planning to host an open house:

1. Board your pets while the home is showing
2. Ask a neighbor if they can keep them
3. Weather permitting, take them on walks to the park or dog park

Not only are pets distracting to potential buyers, they can cause stress to the animal as well. Consider these tips next time you plan on hosting an open house.
