What a fabulous morning for my clients! After going to the open house, they had absolutely loved this property. BUT unfortunately their preapproval came in to late for the offer deadline! 😬 (this is why I stress the importance of preapprovals so much with my buyers!)

Luckily for us, the previous buyers backed out! We were able to swoop in with a strong offer and secure an accepted offer! I am looking forward to working hard for my clients to get this one to the closing table smoothly.

I am so blessed. ❤️

Because of the incredible clients who trust me, whether it’s to conduct an auction or guide them through a real estate transaction, I’m able to do what I love while also creating a life that allows me to enjoy moments like these with my little ones. 🥹💕

These are the moments that remind me just how grateful I am for the people who trust me with such important parts of their lives. Your support allows me to build my business, serve my clients, and still have the time to be present for the little moments that mean everything.

For all of you who trust me, support me, and allow me to do what I do. Thank you. I am truly, truly grateful. 🏡❤️

I am so grateful for each and every one of my clients. ❤️

This beautiful letter is from one of my current buyers, and I truly can't express how much it means to me. I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve them and guide them through every step of the home-buying process.

Providing every client with the time, attention, and dedication they deserve is something I strive for every single day. This note is going straight into my gratitude binder, a reminder of why I love what I do, especially on the days that feel challenging.

I will always continue striving to represent my clients to the very best of my ability through education, clear communication, and, as my client so perfectly put it... "timely-ness." 😄

To my amazing clients: thank you for trusting me to be part of such an important chapter in your lives. It is a privilege I never take for granted. ❤️

I've been in the kitchen cooking up my goals. Education is so important in the real estate industry, especially for consumers who periodically buy and sell. Creating a guide for my (potential) clients has been a goal of mine. I can say today, I have nearly completed my sellers guide. I am so excited to start bringing it with me to all my listing consultations.

Today I'm reviewing my AARE course and my Auctioneers of Real Estate Conference. Being an auctioneer and a real estate agent, making sure that I am staying top of game for my businesses is so important. While those classes we extremely informational. It's important to go back and review materials, just incase their are things that could have slipped through the cracks so to speak. My goal as an agent and an auctioneer is to always provide the best services for my clients as a I possibly can.
I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
